At Björk Official Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure items are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached, and pack them securely in the original packaging.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
