The Story
The Popinjays were formed by Wendy Robinson and Polly Hancock in London in 1987. Tales Of The Urban Prairie, their third and final album, was released by One Little Indian in 1994. A BBC Radio live session with Mark Radcliffe was broadcast on 1 June 1994.
